If you happen to run into him, it's best nothing shared is mentioned. Not that you would. He doesn't know yet is all, and I wish to keep it that way so as not to put him in an awkward situation since things are... complicated. In a number of ways. But, do you ever recall me mentioning a Steve Rogers?
That would be him. He went home not long after camp and came back months later with no memories of his time here. The point he's from now is seventy years ahead of me, but in a few years' time, he travels back and spends the rest of his life with me.
[This is new to Huaisang. He's never heard of time travel unrelated to the whims of Duplicity, and he's not sure he made any sense of what she just said.]
He... what? I don't understand any of ... he travels back in time?
( that would make two of them. she had no idea it was even a possibility where she's from. not until learning about it while here. )
In the end, yes, he travels back in time. I'm not sure of all the details but from what I do know...
When I'm from, we – myself and all who knew Steve – assume he died after he crashed a plane. I was told for nearly seventy years we believe that to be the case. Until Steve and his plane are finally located. It turns out Steve's alive, left in a state of suspended animation in the ice where he crashed it.
Years after he's found and living in the world, it comes to light that there's a way in which time travel can be accomplished. It's not widely known or used. Eventually, though, he has the chance to use it to travel back and he does.
That's... that's quite the thing. [He doesn't even know where to start with what to think or feel about any of that information. Congrats on your wedding? Sorry about your not-dead time-traveling future husband???

Or so Bucky said.
( and that's only part of why it's complicated. )
